All Spring coaches have held a mix of demanding leadership, management and operational positions in highly commercial environments, while now running their own independent businesses.  We partner in varying combinations on  a project by project basis.

We ‘walk the talk’ with our own ongoing training, qualifications and peer supervision to back up our client experience. On top of this, we work to the EMCC Code of Ethics so you know where you stand.

We don’t hide behind flipcharts or long PowerPoints. We work directly with your people. We instigate structured programmes for changing behaviour. And we do it with results in mind, which means we’ll commit you to measurable change.
